I had a great stay! I booked online and got a fantastic deal for two days. Check-in was fast, informative, and friendly. The room smelled fresh and was very spacious, with a large-screen TV and good cable channels. It had everything I needed in the bathroom — shampoo, soap, a bathtub/shower, a hair dryer, and even an ironing board. There was also a small coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. Everything was clean and well-kept. I stayed in Room 316, which overlooked my truck. The location is central to Red Deer, making it convenient. I especially enjoyed their breakfast — the friendly lady preparing the food made it even better. Breakfast included a juice machine, orange juice, yogurt, hot beverages, and more. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely return. I’d recommend it to families as well since it’s a good place to rest. The only minor downside was that the doors closed a little loudly and there was some noise from the floor above, but it didn’t bother me much. Enjoy your stay — I certainly did!

Room is clean but badly need mattress and pillow up grades. Mattress (both yes ive tried both to get some sleep) are old,no support, super soft. Pillows are same a pillow case with air, no substance or support. The room services its purpose...barely. Breakfast is decent(repetive for those that stay longer than a night) The staff is awesome and friendly & helpful

I had an excellent experience staying here for 3 weeks until my apartment was ready to move into. The staff are amazing and very friendly. I felt very welcome and they allowed my very large service dog, Jake, to stay with me in the hotel and we’re just wonderful with him. I was stone deaf at that time due to a medical condition and they were so patient with me and I really appreciated the extra effort by all their staff. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff provided everything that I needed. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The breakfast was nice too. Thank you so much I enjoyed every moment of being there and you made it feel like home. Please give them all raises

I give it five stars because it’s the best value for what you get for a hotel. You can’t beat the price and they look after the rooms. Rooms are acceptable, they are basic but they keep them nice and clean. The breakfast is awesome. Probably the best I’ve had at a budget hotel. Staff are great as well.

Parkhill in Red Deer has truly exceeded my expectations. The customer service is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel supported and valued. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The location is another major highlight. Parkhill is perfectly situated close to essential amenities, making day‑to‑day living incredibly convenient. Whether it’s shopping, dining, parks, or services, everything you need is just minutes away. It’s the ideal blend of comfort and accessibility. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Red Deer with excellent service and a fantastic location, Parkhill is definitely worth considering.

Our room was clean, the beddings are clean as well. The free breakfast was above my expectation - eggs, sausages, pancakes, hash browns, pastries, fruits and more. Shout out to Glenda at the kitchen for exceptional and friendly service. My family will definitely be staying here again next time we're back in Red Deer.

The rooms (209 was mine) were very clean, beds amazingly comfortable, had zebra blinds as well as blackout curtains, iron and board, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, nice full length mirror, loads of towels and pillows (so many my sister's got forgotten but they followed up and called us that it had been found!). We did not use the TV so don't know how that was, but the heat worked properly, room was quiet, hot buffet breakfast was not just 5 star but 10 star, staff was nice, and it's in an easy to get to mid-town location with three food services within sight of our room. Not that food was needed, the breakfast was so huge it lasted us till suppertime! The only slight issue was the shower temp was not consistent but never got too hot or cold, and the bathroom fan did not work. Excellent stay, I would come here again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend it for the value. 1/17/26 - 1/18/26, price was $93 for a double queen room per night. Excellent.
